All package hours and services fully customizable to reflect your distinct lifestyle and priorities. We are happy to add additional hours for ad-hoc or specialized services at $150-$250 per hour, depending on the task. 

Essential Relocation Package

20 hours: $3,000

  • Home Setup Coordination: We manage utility activations, internet setup, and basic home organization (up to 10 hours of coordination), partnering with trusted local vendors.

  • Utility Coordination (5 hours): Enjoy peace of mind as we seamlessly activate essential utilities—electricity, water, internet, and smart home systems—tailored to your lifestyle.

  • Pet Care Coordination (4 hours): Ensure your beloved pets thrive during your move with our carefully arranged, trusted pet sitting services, crafted for their comfort and your confidence.

30 Hours: $4,500

  • Unboxing and Home Setup (14 hours): Delight in a flawlessly organized residence as we meticulously unpack and style your space, arranging furniture and decor to create a harmonious environment that reflects your unique vision.

  • Family Support (5 hours): Allow us to coordinate child care, housekeeping, pet care needs to easy your transition.

42 Hours: $6,300

Crafted for discerning clients looking for full white-glove service to seamlessly integration into Austin. The Premier Package transforms your relocation into a bespoke journey, with every detail taken care of.​

  • Home Tours with Real Estate Agents (8 hours): Secure your dream residence with seven one-hour tours, in-person or via FaceTime, curated with Austin’s top agents to fulfill your highest expectations.

  • Full Home Transition: Comprehensive home setup, including utility management, furniture placement, and professional organization (up to 10 hours), with vetted contractors for specialized needs (e.g., closet systems).

  • White-Glove Moving Experience: Multi-day on-site management (up to 12 hours) to oversee every detail, from unpacking to final touches, for a truly effortless move-in.

  • Comprehensive Family and Lifestyle Solutions: In-depth support for healthcare solutions, nanny services, or specialized needs (e.g., pet relocation, wellness programs), with up to 12 hours of dedicated coordination.
